hosting came with DIVI - Site Library unavailable

For this project I had the client buy hosting with infomaniak - I'm using the classic editor. Here is what I'm able to do with the Site Library :
- choose a site in the library (the page builder : none library)
- backup a .json with settings
that's it !
No green check marks like in the tutorial video, no site going from the library to my client's wordpress install.

so can you see the details page with the 3 steps?
The first thing to do is check the "I understand that this step will overwrite my Customizer settings. It is recommended that you only use the Site Library on a fresh site." Checkbox and hit Backup. Once thats done it will step you through the process.
