Horizontal scroll container on desktop

I’m trying to achieve horizontal scrolling of a 5 items grid inside a container. I followed this instructions and are working perfect on mobile. Although, I would like to achieve something similar on desktop, where each grid item is 100% wide and scrolls horizontally. Is that doable?
