Hook on the secondary menu and write text aligned to the left

Hi,
I want to hook on the secondary menu bar and write a title that I would align to the left. I tried adding an item to the menu and add a menu-item-float-left class but it didn't work.
I don't really want it to be a link anyway, more an h2 kind of thing.
Is it possible to filter that menu block?

Hi there,
in the Hook Element you can choose the inside_secondary_navigation hook.
It will take some CSS to position - if you need help with that let us know.
