Hook doesn't work on Shop page

Hi guys!
I love new Elements features! :)
I tried them and I notice some problems on the Shop page.
I added live chat service code to front page, contact page and shop page via hook.
On front page and contact page the live chat service works well, but on Shop page it doesn't appear.
Any suggestions?
PS: I personally think it would be better if the Shop page will be moved from "Page" location to "General" location inside Elements' Display Rules :)
Hi there,
Try selecting the Product Archives instead.
When something begins an Archive, WordPress no longer sees it as a "Page".
For example, if we were choosing the blog, we would need to choose the "Blog" option, or the Posts Archive option, instead of the static page that WordPress applies it to.
Kind of annoying, but it's the WP conditions we have to work within :)
