Hook content showing on all category pages and front pages how do i remove hook

Hi, i am using hooks to show content in all of my posts.
My front page is set to show all latest posts.
Each post i publish uses excerpts for front page and all category pages, trouble is as well as showing an excerpt of my content it is also showing all the hook content in the excerpt. How do i stop the hook content showing, i wish to show hook content only in the actual post and no where else, thank you in advance...

All i see is Disable Elements which has the option to disable
