Homepage Spacing Between Blocks

Hi there. I'd like to add vertical space between the various blocks on my homepage here: https://visix19staging.wpengine.com/. In the customizer, when I adjust the Separating Space, it only adjusts top and bottom spacing between navigation/body and body/footer. When I adjust Content Separator, nothing happens. Any help you can provide will be much appreciated.
