Home page is not functioning

Dear Tom,
There is really something weird going on. I update the site and the homepage is not functioning ok. The other page does. If i'm logged in on my wp and I look at the home page the page is ok. If I logged out the home page is not. Also in different browsers the page is not ok. Can you figure it out?

I already find out what went wrong. It is the caching plugin I use. After pdating something went wrong. I deactivate the plugin ( when I activate it again it gives the same error) It is the W3 Total Cache plugin.

caches can be a pain, i am not seeing the issue on my side, so after clearing the W3 Total cache can you try clearing your browser cache
I did and everything is ok now. I do not reactivate the plugin because it gives the same error.

A lot of the issues come from Caches incorrectly combining CSS files. If you can disable the Combine CSS files option in the plugin to see if that resolves it.
