Home Page Hero not showing up in Elements

Hello,
I've used Generate Press Premium Theme "Peak" successfully on two websites. I thus transferred a third website (previously using GP Stream) to the "Peak Format." My initial issue is that the Home Page Hero is not showing up in the Elements section. On my other two sites the Elements list includes three elements: (1) Home Page Hero, (2) Single Posts and (3) Global Header. However, as mentioned for about, for my new site there are only two elements listed (with the Home Page Hero left out). Interestingly, when I view the page the Home Page Hero is there. I just don't know how to get to it since it's missing from the Elements list. I uninstalled and reinstalled the "Peak" theme hoping that would solve it but the same thing occurred.
Do you have any suggestions?

I figure it out -
It's no longer an element.
I just edit it directly on the home page.
New question: Why did you change it from an element?

Hi there,
glad to hear you found the answer.
We found a lot of new users had no experience of Header Elements, and this particular type of single static hero was better suited to a GenerateBlock container in the post content. So bottom line was to reduce confusion ( which backfired here ) and make it easier for new users to get on and style their site.

I am also trying to add a Page Hero using Elements but it will not show up on the front end. I have no idea why.
Hi there,
With Header Elements there can only be one per page.
In your list i see you have a Header Element titled Home Page Header which is set to the Entire Site. If this element was published first it will be displayed, and any subsequent element with 'conflicting' display rules will not display.
To fix that - Edit the Home Page Header and in the Display Rules > Exclusions add your new Page > Home Pagee
