Try clearing all caching mechanisms set in your website as well.

If either of these don’t work, try re-uploading the image once more.

If you try viewing the image’s source, you can see that it doesn’t lead to the image.

With this in mind, we can try checking for common culprits for issues like this such as broken permalinks, caching, or some faulty third party plugin as this shouldn’t be a theme related issue.
