[Resolved] hide menu categories woocommerce

Hello, I am creating an ecommerce with woocommerce, generatepres and elementor pro. I would like to know how I can hide both the menus and the footer in the categories page. From elementor it does not give me the option and from generatepress I can not do it. In the rest of the pages and in the simple products page I have been able to hide it but not in the category one.

Hi there,

Is the menu system coming from GP?

If so you can create a layout element to hide the menu on category pages:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/#disable-element

By default, WordPress ignores metabox values on index pages (archive, blog, categories etc) so the disable elements metabox wouldn’t work.
