Hide image from Product excerpt short description

Hi,
I want to add an image inside product short description, but it is added to excerpt in category page too... how can I hide images from product short description excerpt?
Hi there,
i am not sure there is a simple solution for that - the alternative would be to use a Custom Field to add the images and display them on the shop page via a hook.
