can you try clearing any caches.

Tried purging cache but didn’t seem to make any difference. url is http://www.bendigodogtraining.com.au

Hmm are you sure Display cart in menu option is unchecked?

If so then you will need to go through #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts:
