Hide Appearance/Customize

Is it possible to hide Appearance/Customize from other admins, that no changes can done accidentally by other? Tried user role editors, but thats not realy.

Hmm I think the only way would be to create a new user role for those admins using a plugin like this: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
