Hi Cumulative Layout Shift with version 3.0

Hi guys,
So I recently upgraded to version 3.x (it's overall great!) and have been running into this issue with intermittent high Cumulative Layout Shift on mobile. You can even sometimes see it when you load the site on the phone:
The whole page is very large initially and shrunk down in a blink. (It happens fast).
Can you please point me in the right direction to fix this?

I ran the pagespeed test for your site, it seem pretty good to me:

And I also ran a lighthouse test, the CLS score is very good as well.
Did you already changed some settings?

Yes, I've been messing around with WP-Rocket... Looks like the CLS is taken care of, but now the site is slower... Oh well, I'll dig at it. Thanks for getting back to me, though. :)
