Hero image on home page isn't responsive on mobile

I'm using a hero image on the homepage of a new site...just below the header. I'm also using Sections on the page. The image is a background image in Section 1 on the page. This section has no text...just the image. I've done this before and had no problem with the image re-sizing to fit mobile screens. This image on the new site is not re-sizing on mobile. What can I do to fix this?
Hi there,
in the Section > Settings you can switch the padding to % instead of pixels. Using % will keep the section size more responsive.
