Hey, I am looking to add an image with a quote above the top bar and header/navigation section of a website I'm working on.
Is this possible with the standard settings on GP Premium?

So that would be the header element for that page?
If so you can move it the default header element position to another hook using this filter:

https://docs.generatepress.com/article/hooks-visual-guide/
The generate_before_header hook should work.
