Hero Block (Element) Not Showing

Hello,

I have created a Hero Block for the Frontpage. It has a search bar and a call to action and takes the backgroind from the Feature Image. Unfortunately, the hero block is showing on the homepage when I am logged into wp-admin but it is not showing when I am logged out.
