[Support request] Help with Menu on scroll

Just started the theme. When I open my home page http://www.6ixcrypto.com menu and logo look like

I want it to look like this all the time.

I addition I would like the background of the navigation bar to be clear prior to scroll down and then have a background with a opacity I can adjust.
