Hi,
Can you advise on how to create an interior page with a layout similar to this?

I've been struggling all day to get this right, and am completely confused by the new Elements features.

Start by creating the header/navigation using this method:

Then follow this article to merge:

If you don't have any page hero content, then just add <!-- HTML Comments -->
