[Support request] Help Required regarding design and implimentation

I am totally frustrated with trying to combine Generator Press Premium and Elementor page builder pro together and get what I want. My website is crap an although it looks OK on a 29″ Imac it is hopeless on a laptop. Half of the information is missing.
Can someone put their hand up and take on a paid job for me? I am happy to pay someone to create a site that works and looks similar to some of the sites submitted to the showcase. The TV presenter site is stunning.
