Hello, I’m having issues with headline and call-to-action elements on interior pages (Contact Us, Open Positions) not being responsive for mobile devices.
The headlines and call to action buttons do not auto adjust in size, they’re shifted way to the right and there’s a huge space between the bottom of of the header and the copy or information below that.
Surely I don’t have to manually adjust every item on these pages for responsive?
Thanks,

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
that content is generated by Elementor so yes, you need to edit the settings for each device size.
As a rule of thumb when building with Elementor, before making adjustments to padding, margins, typography etc it is best to apply the mobile settings first, as they are generally very minor changes. Then when you make the bigger changes for desktop they won’t override these settings.Documentation: http://docs.generatepress.com/

David,
I don’t follow your “rule of thumb.” Where specifically do I need to go to edit these settings?
Thanks,

StaffCustomer SupportIn Elementor, whenever you select a Section, column or widget and look at the settings panel you will notice that some settings have small desktop / tablet / mobile icons beside them. By selecting each one you the screen will switch to that responsive view and you can adjust the settings for that device size.

David,
Thanks, that’s what I needed to know. That is very tedious, but I got the elements lined up properly now.

StaffCustomer SupportYou’re welcome.
Remember you can save your Sections as templates. Then use those templates as a starting point for future pages – save all that fiddling that Elementor requires.Documentation: http://docs.generatepress.com/

Yes, I’ll know that for the future. When I created these pages, I didn’t realize until later that the headlines weren’t set up for mobile. Thanks!
