Header Woocommerce + Mobile Menu

How to add this strip at the top of the menu with the option to embed URL's. I want to keep the current GP menu.
Something is blocking I can't bring down the logo and menu on mobile, I do as usual, but it doesn't move. As you show in the tutorials.

Is it possible to ensure that on mobile the line under the links does not appear?

Try using the Grid block from GB instead of the columns block from WP core:

Thank you I just noticed my mistake despite your video on pc I can't get to center.

You can align the first headline block to right, align the second headline block to left.
