Header with sticky option and video background

Good night!
I'm contacting you because I'm trying to replicate this home page: http://laescritoradetuvida.com/: a video as a background and a header with a logo on the left corner and a menu on the right one. But I also like to have a sticky behavior when I scroll down.
Over the video I also want to add some text and a button with a call to action.
I read all the documentation about the new Elements section, I've seen some videos but I can't replicate it.
I'm using Generatepress GP Premium and Elementor Pro.
Can you please help me?

There isn't a specific one exactly like that but there should be enough information in there.
