Header widgets do not display on mobile phone

you will need to disable the Mobile Header option in Customizer > Layout > Header.

@David, thank you so much for your help. I have another question with respect to the same website (https://www.sigridseffner.com/). A subtheme "Mellow" was chosen for this website by the client to accomodate the need to display just two boxes of information on a one-pager.
Technically it's not the right solution since the CSS formatting of the blog posts -- paragraphs, links, etc. is not reflected on the home page (is that normal btw?).
What would be a technical "quick fix" one could apply here to preserve the visual appearance of the page and enable the display of the CSS formatting?
