Header not showing on all posts

My post header isn't showing on all posts despite the display rules settings - look below for some of the urls.
Hi there,
can you go to Dashboard > GeneerateBlocks > Settings and click Regenerate CSS - then clear any plugin caches you have enabled.
Done the regenerating CSS and cleared Cache. i also disabled all plugins barring the GP premium all to no avail.
Can you disable the cache/optimization plugins so i can see whats going on?
All Disabled and awaiting further instructions.
Can you try to switch to Inline Embedding for the CSS Print Method in Settings > GenerateBlocks?
Let me know if that works.
done that and reactivated the cache plugins - still not working
Can you deactivate all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks for us to take look?
If this is a live site with traffic then please start a staging site so we can go through some debugging steps.

All deactivated with the exception of GP Premium and GenerateBlocks - i also noticed that the footer element isnt working on these pages.
Do you have any caching or optimizing settings activated on the server or hosting level?
It really can't be a GB/GP related issue if it's only happening on some pages.
