Header merge with top bar?

Hi, I am trying to accomplish the following in the header:

- Logo left
- Navigation middle
- Widget right

The nav doesn’t need to be centered. In fact I’d prefer it to hug either the left logo, or the right widget.

Can you help? Thank you!
