    Hi there,

thats the Mobile Header Logo, the image is 404’ing.
Can you go to Customizer > Layout > Header –> Mobile Header Logo and reupload a new logo, make sure the new logo has a different file name.

Hi David, thanks. I did as you said, but the problem is still there though.

    Hi there,

Your logo is going to a strange URL: https://YOURDOMAIN.com/232204-709913-1-raikfcquaxqncofqfm.stackpathdns.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Website-Logo-6-Retina-Mobile.png

I’m not sure what this is: 232204-709913-1-raikfcquaxqncofqfm.stackpathdns.com

Maybe there’s a plugin or custom function interfering?

Hi Tom, my host is Cloudways (Digital Ocean) and that’s their Stackpath CDN I’m using.
Maybe I need to exclude or include it?

The funny thing is other images work nicely, except for this.

It’s probably not a Stackpath-specific issue, because back then, when I was using another hosting provider (A2 Hosting + Cloudflare), I also had the same issue (had to hire a developer to fix it but not sure how he did it).

The URL needs to be the domain URL. The CDN should do its ‘magic’ at the server level. I don’t have experience of cloudways stackpath so not sure how this is working.
