Header loads flush left... then jumps into centered position....

Hi there,
My dev site is here: http://template.gvsandbox.com. Looks like I need somehow to preload the CSS for this elementor header in GP so it loads in position.
Does anyone know how to do that reliably? I have tried a couple of plugins... but they create conflicts with other functions :-(
