Header layout Issue

As I wanted the custom header, so I went to elements > add new> block
there i created the new custom header with blocks and choose as entire site and gave "_menu_bar_items" hook,
Now the header is looking like this

How to fix that.

Set the element type to site header instead of hook.

But I wanted a custom header with blocks, As there in "Site header" how i can achieve this ?

do you have an example site or mockup screenshot of what you want to achieve ?
As that Navigation Block isn't designed to be squeezed into some places.
