Header items flashing on first load of page

Hi — I'm having some "flashing" of the button items in my header on first load. When I contacted the developers of the plugin I used to create the buttons, they replied, "It's because the CSS & JS of elementor isn't loading first in generate press. It can be resolved by giving more priority to header CSS/JS by the generatepress."
