Header Issue | Shows once - but disappears on refresh

Hi there,
Our new site is finished, but we are just noticing a weird behavior from a global element 'Hook' , and it is setup 'after-header'. The weird behavior is sometimes it doesn't show styling. I feel sometimes, it doesn't pick the CSS, not sure why. (The breadcrumb loses styling and goes to the left.) We see the pages and all work fine for about 80% of the time, but 20% times, we see it doesn't pick CSS, not styling. And we say it is weird because it works fine when you refresh the page.
We shared the site link with you privately and a link showing an example of the issue.
On the site link, you will see all the product links on the left sidebar, try and click on them randomly, you will eventually see the header style issue.
Can you please help?

Can you try clear cache and disable the cache plugin to test?

We just disabled the Siteground Optimizer (caching) and flushed everything.
We still get the error in incognito etc.
Do you see the issue on your end?
I just tried a couple times and don't see the issue on my end :)
