Header is not showing

I cannot get the header image to show. I need some help. My first go with GP and I purchased premium. I am using Virtual Hosts so I can design while the old site is live. Here is the IP 192.254.226.219

Can you explain a bit more?
What exactly isn't showing? Like the site logo?
The logo is showing but I chose an image for the header for the Front page and selected front page in the element...but the image is not showing.
Can you try adding some top and bottom padding?

It might be easier if you can duplicate your site a live server.
This will really help us to debug issues like this.
