Mark
I have a situation where on some pages I create in Horizon the blue header image is there and in others it is not. I do I ensure that the header is consistent on my pages.
I created the Events page and the header is there.
On my blog page and Directory page it is not.
Let me know if you need access.
Thank you!

Also, why are my Footer elements duplicated, one in blue (which I want to keep) and one in red (which I do not want.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Just to make sure, you’ve added the Blog page (Blog) and Directory (Page – Directory) under the display rules?
As for the footer issue, can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?
Let me know 🙂

The extra footer was as a result of a conflict with NextGEN Gallery.

For the display rules, is this done in Elements?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
yes – if you edit the Header Element on the Display Rules tab you will see the Locations the header is displayed and possible any ares it is Excluded from.

Ok I get this now. It works but oddly enough I cannot set the header element in Display Rules for the page I created called “Directory.” It does not appear in the dropdown for “Location” to add the location rule.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperHi there,
Is it a static page in the “Pages” area of your Dashboard?

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
if it is a Page then it should display under
Pages > Directory

I am going to need to play around with it. If I apply the GP Header to all pages and exclude the home page it works. But then I have the “About” page and the “What We Do” Page with dual headers.
It is odd because I created an Events page and that is visible in the selector, the blog page is visible but for the directory each of the CPTs is visible but not the page I built to show the shortcodes for the CPTs.

StaffCustomer SupportOdd – if its a page then it should be listed in the Page display rule. Is that Page (Directory) published ?

Yes it is published.
I’m wondering if it is because it is a page with Geo-Directory blocks on it?
You literally see it on my site.

StaffCustomer SupportWhat happens if you remove the Geo-directory block and re-publish?
