Header Image on mobile not resizing

Hi,
I have been struggling to fix an issue despite having read previous topics:

When I am looking at mobile in portrait view, the header background image seems to zoom and most of the image is lost. It works ok in landscape view. I've tried changing 'cover' to 'contain' in CSS but then I have large grey areas above and below the image and when I try to adjust these it ruins it when in landscape view.
I've tried the solution if using a smaller image but it just zooms that as well.
Hope you can help with this!

on the URL provided I see a Beaver Built template, not a page header is that correct or am i looking in the wrong place?
Hi, yes, sorry I didn't mention that, it is a Beaver Builder template.
Resolved - I should have checked BB advice first, aspect ratio was the thing.
