Header image not showing

I'm not seeing the header image on my site.
It's a site I just moved from local to a host. When the site first went live, the header image was showing as missing. I could see in the source code the link was pointing to my local drive. But, when I went into Customizer (Background Images - header image) it said no photo.
I added the header image back (through the Customizer) but now it's not showing an image at all. The page code is referencing the right file. Any ideas?
Hi there,
the image is there, but the Header has no top or bottom padding so has zero height.
You can edit this in the Customizer > Layout > Header
