Header Image

On customize screen.
I click "Blog Page Header"
I click "Image settings"
It says to upload an image and no images are shown.
Where do I upload my header?
That will add a page header to the Blog page.
To upload a global header for your website, go to "Customize > Site Identity".
Ok, I go to "site identify"
Then check the "hide site title" and "hide site tagline"
Now in logo section there are no images
and no "upload" option.
It just says "no image selected"
Where do I upload my header image for it to show here.
At the top left of the pop up under "Select Files" there should be an "Upload Files" tab: http://screencast.com/t/mPTtJaXIAvv
Here is what I see.
When I click the "select image" button
nothing happens.

I had to uninstall/reinstall wordpress and it's working now.
