Header + Elements + Elementor

Dear colleagues!
Please advise why can happen such a thing:
I've made a header for a page using Elements. Everything is good, but - whet I change to mobile devices - it disappears... It's very strange and I already checked all settings in customising menu and Elements.. What can it be? These are screens (work with GP+Elementor)
Desktop: http://prntscr.com/n9pbbz
Mobile devices: http://prntscr.com/n9pbw9
Thanks a lot in advance!
Hi there,
Have you fixed this?
This is what I see on mobile now:

Hello, Leo!
No, this page is just a stub. I work with inner page and for now I tuned off Elements header. What sould I send you to check this?
Thanks in advance,
Victoria
I'd need to see the page with the problems on a live site, preferably with all caching disabled :)
Ok! For instance this page: sitename/services, here Elements hader is enabled. If you need admin log and pass:
istokrealty
ylRxe9&*
Thank you!

Victoria
Hmm there isn't any content on desktop or mobile.
Have you added some content in the header element content box?
Hm, maybe it's my mistake? I use Elements to make a header zone just with logo and menu, but without any other things (images or content)...
Sorry so what is the issue exactly?
This is what I'm seeing on the /services page:

Is this not correct?
This is correct! But I cannot find why the menu changes on mobile resolution? Look at this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/na6kya
So in the desktop mode - it's okay, but in mobile mode the background is disappeared. So I'm trying to understand where is the mistake..
Are there any transparent colors set under the site header tab?
