Dear colleagues!
Please advise why can happen such a thing:
I’ve made a header for a page using Elements. Everything is good, but – whet I change to mobile devices – it disappears… It’s very strange and I already checked all settings in customising menu and Elements.. What can it be? These are screens (work with GP+Elementor)

Mobile devices: http://prntscr.com/n9pbw9Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello, Leo!
No, this page is just a stub. I work with inner page and for now I tuned off Elements header. What sould I send you to check this?
Thanks in advance,

StaffCustomer SupportI’d need to see the page with the problems on a live site, preferably with all caching disabled 🙂

StaffCustomer SupportHmm there isn’t any content on desktop or mobile.
Have you added some content in the header element content box?

Hm, maybe it’s my mistake? I use Elements to make a header zone just with logo and menu, but without any other things (images or content)…

This is correct! But I cannot find why the menu changes on mobile resolution? Look at this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/na6kya
So in the desktop mode – it’s okay, but in mobile mode the background is disappeared. So I’m trying to understand where is the mistake..
