Header Element Sub Menu Color

Hi,
How can I change the submenu colors of an Element? It uses the general theme colors.
This submenu is also falling behind the page title. Can this setup to be visible overlapping the page title?

Found a workaround which does the job. Changed the submenu background color to white instead of transparent and the text to black.
