I created an element to show up on a specific page. I set it up the way your video said for element headers. Yet it does not work as I want it. It is up as a featured image but it is not full width like I want it to be.

I want it to act lie my front page does. The setting is the same as the page hero header but it won't behave like the front page.

I see it when I look at the 'visit website' and I did check that the feature image is chosen.

Not sure if I understand.

So you don't want the featured image to show in the header element of single posts?

If so don't select it for the background image.

Let me know what I'm missing.

I want the feature image to show on the top in the full width with the words overlayed. Right now the image is showing in the container square and the title is above it. No matter what I do to change it in elements, nothing happens.

Ok let's take a step back, this link is a static page (not a single post):
http://klotzelectricllc.com/residential/

and this is what I'm seeing at the moment:

You want the featured image to show behind the title Residential?

Can you show me a screenshot for the header element settings that are assigned to pages?

You can use a service like this and provide the direct links here:

Please also clear and disable Endurance cache for now.

Okay, I have deleted my element as it was clashing with the Global header. Now it is how I want but for the same image showing up below it. When I upload the image on the page as a feature image it shows up twice. Here is what it does:

The header elements I am using is this one from PEAK site

Also where is the endurance cache?

Great that works. thanks for your help.

No problem :)
