Header Element not showing on shop page

Hi,

I created a specific header(page hero & site header) element for 2 pages shop & on sale products. It shows as expected for the on sale products page but not for the shop page. There doesn’t seem to be any conflictions with the other elements, Can someone take a quick look for me please?
