Header Element not merging with Navigation

Hi,
i tried to merge the header element but it is showing navigation and header image separately
dont know what i am doing wrong.

have you got anything added in Hooks, I can see a site-wrapped container that is not there by default. Let me know.

i disabled site-wrapped container and it worked.
