Header element doesn't appear on the page

Good evening,
I am having the next problem:
Until a few days ago I was able to create a header element and show it in a specific page of my website.
Now, I've created a header element, but it doesn't appear when I assign it to the Home Page on the display rules area.
What would be the problem?

The site is under maintenance mode so we can't see the issue.
Can you unlock it?
