Header element Display Rules

I am working with Elementor Pro and WPML
- Just started to look at the new elements - instead of headers - change.
How do I make headers for the different static pages? The Display Rules
are unclear to me. They seem to be “global” except for the “front page”
header.

If you choose "Page", another select box will appear with a list of all of your pages to choose from.
