In the Dashboard > WP Show Posts > Lists – The Header List is what creates the grid. It is set to display the 4 posts in ascending order ie. the latest posts.

For your Content list. Edit the List go to More Settings. Set the Order: Descending and set Offset: 4.

The offset stops the first 4 posts from being displayed in that list.

Can you make sure that you’re editing the correct list?
If you edit the home page, you will see the first WP Show Posts shortcode which has a unique ID. Does this match the list you’re editing?
