Header disappears on mobile

I'm a new customer, just configured the site to reflect what I want, with one exception. On the desktop the header appears fine, as well as an iPad in landscape view. However, in portrait mode it disappears. It also disappears on an iPhone in both landscape and portrait view.
The container and image are set at 1000px wide. My previous them adjusted for smaller mobile screens. How do I do that here?

Try disable the mobile header then your normal header should show:
