Header Carousel With Text (no image)

Hey there,

I was wondering if I could add a header carousel just below the menu on my site (https://factslegend.org/). However, I do not want the carousel to be a post carousel or an image carousel. I want it to be a text carousel.

There is something similar on this site (https://www.factretriever.com/). Check the header on the homepage. They have a random fact pulled from their post and displayed with a direct link to the post. Everytime you refresh the homepage, the fact changes.

I just need a carousel that keeps playing in the header segment (just below the menu) on the homepage. Each carousel element should pull (preferred) (or manually fed if automatic pulling is not possible) a random fact from a random post on my site and display it within a box along with the direct link to the post. I do not even need the social sharing button.

Is that possible?
