Header Background Video not full screen

I am using an element for header video background.
However, the video is not full screen. Could you check what's wrong here?
It was full-screen last week and it suddenly looks like this now.

can you flush and disable Autoptimize and let me know.

This site doesn't have Autoptimize plugin.
Could you please check where the error comes from?
The only changes I made recently is moving to a different hosting platform.

Sorry didn't mean autoptimize - you have a cache plugin or server cache, whilst that is active i cant see what could be causing the issue, the cache itself may also be the problem.
