Header background not changing

I tried so many times to change background colour in my blog. I also tried to change color for page navigation. this one also not working. error message showing "not saved due 1 setting".
Did it say which setting? Can you try deactivating your other plugins to check whether there's a conflict somewhere?

It's not saying which settings.
I'm trying so many times to change background and navigation colour but it's showing same error. Also it's not showing header elements which I'm creating using elements.
Can you say which type of plugin should I deactivate? Or which type of error is this ?
It's hard to tell without knowing the full error. Can you show me a screenshot of the error?
As for plugins, it depends - you can deactivate them one by one to see if one of them is causing the error.

can you try disabling any cache plugins or check within your jetpack settings and disable anything that is related to CSS.
