Header Background Image Not Loading

Hi there,

Header images across the site such as the one in the private information example, are not rendering on mobile devices across all browsers.

The headers work fine on desktop and "mobile view" on desktop.

It's a fairly recent issue perhaps connected with the last update? Unusre.

Disabled caching etc.
