Having "Updated" in text next to "revised/updated date"

Hi - trying to get "Updated" to appear next to updated date which has been selected under dynamic options in GB.
I see the "before text" box and in that I write "Updated:" - note the colon and space that follow but when include here the post does not reflect this when published and puts the date as follows "UpdatedMarch 22, 2022".
Pls advise how you have the word - Updated: - including colon and space to follow.
